Mazuri® Timothy-Based Guinea Pig Diet offers proper guinea pig nutrition in pellet form using Timothy hay which provides lower protein and excellent mineral balance for guinea pigs in all life stages. This highly palatable guinea pig food contains the ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) that guinea pigs need and is high in fiber to support chewing activity. No supplementation is needed when using this Mazuri® guinea pig food.

How to feed:
- Keep Mazuri® Timothy-Based Guinea Pig Diet to animals free-choice. Ensure that food is replaced frequently and provided in appropriate feeders.
- If supplementation is desired, it is recommended to offer supplements at 25% or less of the diet (as is basis).
1. The choice of supplementation will vary with life stage and animal preference.
2. In general, good quality grass hay and leafy greens are ideal supplemental food items for adult animals.
3. Growing animals may bene fit from higher protein found in alfalfa hay.
